I'm not allowed to start jumping until I stop barking. Sometimes this can take awhile.
Eye on the prize, I remind myself; eye on the prize.

I Did It!
Yep. Two first-place Novice Standard scores and a Novice Agility title - not bad for a weekend's work.

Q Is For . . .
Quick? Yes, I am that.
Q-ute? Well of course I definitely am as cute as can be.
Okay, I'll tell you . . .
How about QUALIFYING?
Yep, I totally rocked today at the St. Croix Valley Kennel Club AKC agility trial, where I earned a first-place Q (score of 100) in Novice Standard under Judge Rod Ramsell. I smoked. Woo Hoo! Can't wait to do it again! If you want to see me in action (and, really, who wouldn't?) check out these YouTube links!
Thanks to everyone who was ready to help keep me focused today. My Forever Mom is really, really glad I didn't need it!

It's All Good!
Yeah, I was a little crazy in agility class tonight. But you can understand why. Most of the time it's just me and my Forever Mom when we practice, so I guess I got a little amped up with the "audience." My Forever Mom says this is what I need now though - to do agility with other people and dogs around so I can get used to the distractions.
Okay, what's WRONG with this picture?
I can do agility . . .
. . . in a class . . .
. . . with other dogs . . .
. . . and the only problems are that I'm missing a few weave poles and I'm too fast sometimes for my Forever Mom to keep up.
Hmmmm. Seems like normal, novice/"green" dog agility stuff to me. Kind of scary, huh?
